By visualizing the lymphatic system as rivers, we’ll identify and address any "dams" that may be obstructing their flow, creating more space for movement and breath. These practical sequences are simple and can be incorporated into your daily routine to foster freedom within your body. Additionally, we will delve into internal strength and resistance training to promote relaxation of the nervous system and fascia through effective core exercises.
