Terms and Conditions

The following document outlines the terms and conditions of the Rimba Events, which is owned and operated by PT Rimba Indo Guide. The document specifies that these terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy and any additional terms and conditions, policies, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the Rimba Events, constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Rimba Events. By accessing, browsing or using the Rimba Events, the user affirms that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal parent or guardian. The user must read and understand the agreement and agree to be bound by it. Rimba Events reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and from time to time, which will be effective immediately upon posting on the Rimba Events.

Rimba Events is an online platform for promote events in Bali of any kind as long as in accordance with the rules stated in this document. The Rimba Events is made available for personal and non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with the permitted purposes. Users are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickers, products or services available on the Rimba Events for commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Rimba Events cannot guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability and accessibility of the Rimba Events. Rimba Events may restrict the availability of the Rimba Events or certain areas or features thereof if this is necessary in view of capacity limits, the security or integrity of the servers, or to carry out maintenance measures that ensure the proper or improved functioning of the Rimba Events. Rimba Events may, at its sole discretion, improve, enhance and modify the Rimba Events from time to time.

Users are not required to register an account to view the Rimba Events, but they may be required to register an account to access and use certain features of the Rimba Events. Users must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep their account and public account profile page information up-to-date at all times. Users may not assign or otherwise transfer their account to another party. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and passwords and must not disclose their credentials and passwords to any third party.

The Rimba Events website may contain links to third-party sites, and users access them at their own risk, as the site is not responsible for the content, products, or services advertised there. Users can also find advertisements on the site, and the third-party advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the representations made in the ads. Rimba Events doesn't endorse, recommend, or validate any of the reviews or ratings posted by users of the site. Reviews and ratings are intended to share experiences with other users and not to coerce them into doing anything they're not obliged to do. By creating, uploading, or posting content on the site, users acknowledge and agree that the content is non-confidential and non-proprietary. The user grants the site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, and transferable license to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the user's content. The user also consents to the use of their content for providing and promoting the site, and their content may be viewed, retained, stored, collected, sub-licensed, used, displayed, disclosed to any other person, or made available for any other purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. If the user retains any moral rights in their content, they waive these rights and agree not to assert any entitlement to these rights.

The user must not submit any content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, or indecent. The user also should not disclose personal information of another person without their consent or contain false or misleading information. The user should not transmit spam or solicit money, passwords or personal information from any person.

The platform reserves the right to remove any user content at any time without notice, at its sole discretion. The Rimba Events platform, Rimba Events Content, and User Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other laws of Indonesia and other countries.

The platform does not make any warranties in relation to the content, completeness of search results, suitability, quality, safety, or legality of any items listed on the Rimba Events. The user is responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to their use of the Rimba Events.

The user is prohibited from breaching or circumventing any applicable laws or regulations, copying or storing any information contained on the platform in any way that violates the privacy rights of Users or third parties, and accessing or using the platform for any illegal activities.

If you have an account with Rimba Events, you can request to close or cancel your account by following the instructions provided on the Rimba Events website or by sending an email to Rimba Events with an "Account Cancellation Request." Upon receiving your request, Rimba Events will attempt to close your account within 7 days.

Once you submit an Account Cancellation Request, you cannot cancel or revoke it without written approval from Rimba Events.

Rimba Events may terminate your account or access to the Rimba Events with 7 days' prior notice to you. However, Rimba Events may immediately terminate your account or access without notice if you breach your obligations under the Agreement, violate applicable laws or third-party rights, or if Rimba Events believes that it is reasonably necessary to protect Rimba Events' personal safety or property or that of third parties. Rimba Events may also terminate your account if it suspects illegal use of your account, or if it believes that you are not authorized to register for an account.

If Rimba Events closes or terminates your account, your profile and user content will be removed or deleted.

In addition, Rimba Events may take any of the following measures, at its absolute discretion: refuse to surface, delete or delay any content, ratings or reviews; limit your access to or use of the Rimba Events; temporarily or permanently revoke any special status associated with your account; or temporarily or permanently suspend your account if you breach the Agreement, applicable laws or regulations, or third-party rights, or if you provide inaccurate, fraudulent, outdated, or incomplete information during registration.

Rimba Events is committed to your privacy and has a Privacy Policy that includes information about how it collects, stores, uses, and discloses your personal information. The Privacy Policy also provides information about how you can access the personal information Rimba Events holds about you and how you can seek correction of that information. Additionally, it explains how you can file a complaint about a breach of privacy law and how Rimba Events will handle such a complaint. You can request a copy of the Privacy Policy by visiting the "Privacy Policy" section on the Agreement or by contacting Rimba Events directly.

You access and use the Rimba Events at your own risk. The Rimba Events and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Rimba Events does not warrant the suitability, availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any material on the Rimba Events, including the software, products, services, information, text, and related graphics content. Rimba Events disclaims all representations, conditions, and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied conditions or warranties of merchantability or satisfactory workmanlike effort, informational content, title, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Rimba Events does not warrant or represent that the Rimba Events will operate error-free or uninterrupted or that the material on the Rimba Events, including software products, services, information, text, and related graphics content, is complete or timely.

Rimba Events does not warrant that functions contained on the Rimba Events, such as hyperlinks, will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Rimba Events or the server that makes it available is free from viruses or bugs.

Rimba Events does not warrant that any user content submitted on the Rimba Events will be protected against loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties, to the extent permitted by law.

By accessing and using the Rimba Events and its Content, you acknowledge and agree that the entire risk associated with your use of the platform and any interaction with other Users or third parties, whether online or in person, is your responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law. We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for any Content posted, stored, or uploaded by you or any other Users or third party, or any loss or damage to such Content. We are also not liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, or obscenity that you may encounter.

Unless required by law, we give no guarantee, warranty, or undertaking, and make no representation about the condition, suitability, safety, or fitness for purpose of the Rimba Events. All implied conditions, warranties, and rights are excluded from this Agreement.

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, expense, or injury suffered by you or any other person arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or their performance. This includes but is not limited to Our negligence or default.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to fully indemnify and hold Us harmless against any expenses, costs, losses (including consequential losses), or damage that We may suffer or incur due to your use of, access to, or conduct in connection with the Rimba Events.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Rimba Events and you regarding the access to and use of the Rimba Events. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Rimba Events as a result of this Agreement.

The Agreement (including these Terms and Conditions) is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Indonesia. By accessing and using the Rimba Events, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Bali, Indonesia.
