We are excited to invite you to the exhibition "FLOWER PONER" featuring our Artist in Residence, Alejandra Álvarez.
Alejandra Álvarez, a Colombian artist and poet, explores the deep connections between humanity, nature, and spirituality through her art and poetry. Her work highlights the power of creative expression to enhance self-awareness and connect individuals to the beauty and fragility of the world.
"FLOWER PONER" delves into the delicate balance between vulnerability and strength, symbolized by flowers. Over the past year, Alejandra has focused on studying flowers and nature in her art. Her recent experiences in Bali have added new depth and meaning to her work.
"Bali offered me the solitude and introspection I needed, providing space for rest and openness to new experiences and people. It made me reflect on what happens when I allow myself to be seen in my most vulnerable state."
This exhibition is a tribute to Bali—its nature, its people, and the new perspectives and colors Alejandra is bringing back. It offers a glimpse into her personal journey, exploring themes of power, softness, and the transformative beauty of flowers.
