Chef Felice Lo Basso is celebrated for his elegant cuisine, skillfully combining traditional Italian ingredients with modern cooking techniques. His innovative approach has earned him multiple Michelin Stars for his acclaimed establishments, Felix Lo Basso Home & Restaurant in Milan and Memorie di Felix Lo Basso Restaurant in Trani.
Joining him is Pastry Chef Domenico Giove, who has made a significant impact on Milan's culinary scene since 2020. His exceptional skills earned him a nomination in the Food and Drink category of Forbes Italy's “30 Under 30 2023.”
