The Journey Includes:
>Intention Setting:
The class begins with a grounding meditation to set your intention for the session.
>Gentle Yin Yoga:
A calming yoga practice to connect your body and mind, preparing you for the deeper work of Breathwork.
>Active Breathing:
A 3-part breathing technique that reaches deeper layers of the mind, heart, and spirit. This practice clears repetitive thoughts, releases stuck emotions, shifts old patterns, and supports trauma release. It helps regulate the nervous system and creates space for healing. You can choose to breathe gently or more powerfully for deeper breakthroughs.
>Grounding Rest & Closing Meditation:
We end with a soothing Savasana and meditation to ground your energy and integrate the healing from the session.
