We will start our session with some gentle breathwork to help you relax and settle into the space. Once you feel centered, you'll be guided to lie down comfortably and set a personal intention, allowing you to focus during the sound journey ahead.
As the session begins, I will play a variety of gongs, producing a rich tapestry of sounds that range from deep, resonant waves to higher, crashing tones. The rhythmic sounds will fill the room, creating an atmosphere that invites your mind and body into a state of calm. You may feel a gentle tingle down your spine as the vibrations grow louder, softening your thoughts and easing your tension.
The low, rumbling vibrations of the gongs travel through your ear canals, stimulating the vagus nerve nearby. This signals to your brain that you are safe, leading to a natural slowing of your heart rate and breath. As a result, your stress hormones decrease, allowing you to feel less anxious.
