Jada Jane Boh and Sophie share a profound connection to 5Rhythms, a practice that has significantly influenced their lives and careers. Jada discovered 5Rhythms in 2014 while on holiday in Amsterdam, and the experience was so transformative that she became a certified teacher in 2018. She now teaches in both Bali and Singapore.
