Daily Yoga Schedule:
-6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Pranayama & Meditation
-8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Asana practice (Hatha, Iyengar, Alignment techniques)
-9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast
-11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Teaching methodology, anatomy, and adjustments
-1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch break
-2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Rest or self-study
-3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Yoga philosophy (history and principles)
-4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Asana practice (Vinyasa and flow)
-6:10 PM – 6:30 PM: Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
-7:00 PM: Dinner
