Join us for an enlightening talk with ethical forager and nomadic cook Dewa Ayu Made at Dome, where she will explore the art of foraging and the ancient wisdom of Bali's food forests. Discover how traditional foraging practices have shaped Bali’s culinary heritage and its deep connection to nature. Made will share her journey through Bali’s lush landscapes, uncovering wild edibles and medicinal plants while emphasizing sustainable and respectful harvesting methods. In a rapidly changing world, her insights offer a fresh perspective on the importance of local biodiversity, preserving indigenous knowledge, and reviving food sovereignty.
