It's hard to believe that almost four years have passed since I made this beautiful island my home. Back in May 2021, I held my first art exhibition here, and now, I'm curating a group exhibition on a theme that’s deeply meaningful to me both in Seminyak. How did this journey unfold?
My first role in Bali was managing a cultural museum, which led me to dive deep into the island's rich cultural tapestry, opening up a wealth of inspiration.
The vibrant art communities: filled with friendly, talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, have been a constant source of motivation.
Wonderful friends, both old and new: have taken me on countless adventures through Bali's stunning landscapes. Some special souls helped me conquer my fear of the ocean, while others believed in me even when I doubted myself, guiding me with unwavering faith.
With all this in mind, I’m thrilled to invite you to the opening reception of the OCEAN group exhibition this Sunday at 4 PM.
This exhibition showcases approachable art, ideal for new and early collectors.
10% of the sales will support coral restoration, allowing you to contribute to both art and the environment.
I can’t wait to see you there! I live quite far from the city center almost like being on another island, some might say so this will be a great opportunity to reconnect.
