Our team has collaborated with ethical forager and nomadic cook Dewa Ayu Made to hand-pick the finest ingredients for your enjoyment. Foraging, a practice that dates back to prehistoric times, involves searching for and gathering wild food, including edible plants, fruits, nuts, seeds, and fungi. Our approach to ethical foraging emphasizes the importance of sustainability ensuring we only take what is needed so that plant populations can regenerate.
