Flower Meditation and Mandala Creation Dear friends, join us for a special workshop where we combine the calming practice of flower meditation with the creative art of mandala creation. This experience is designed to help you embrace the present moment, release judgment, and connect with the meditative beauty of flowers and inspired creativity. What We'll Do: Start by drawing your own unique mandalas, allowing your creativity and imagination to flow freely onto paper. Continue the creative process on the floor, surrounded by a vibrant selection of fresh flowers. Together, we'll mindfully arrange the flowers into intricate mandala patterns, embracing a state of meditation and gratitude. We'll end the session with tea, friendship, and a brief sharing of our thoughts and feelings. No prior experience is needed— all materials, including a variety of beautiful flowers, will be provided.
