Somatic Breath is a powerful breathing practice that supports the unwinding of acute and chronic tensions in the body and completes interrupted fight & flight responses stored deep within our nervous systems and cellular memories. In this workshop, we will learn self-help practices by actively participating and engaging in our own healing process.
We use conscious connected breathing, movement, vocal expression, and self-touch to help the body release. Instead of solely focusing on the problem, we learn to follow the expressions of health. By monitoring our own levels of activation, we take charge of our own healing. We enhance our experience by establishing a connection with the felt sense, using it to self-regulate our nervous systems in our daily lives.
