The Sustainability Forum Time : 09:00 - 20:30 Wita Join us for our inaugural event, a crucial gathering for industry professionals dedicated to advancing eco-friendly practices and reducing the environmental impact of the sector. The forum aims to exchange cutting-edge ideas, share best practices, and showcase inspiring success stories in sustainability. Through interactive discussions and hands-on workshops, we seek viable solutions to prevalent issues like food and packaging waste prevention, systems change, and the role of chefs in leading sustainability efforts. Speakers include renowned figures like BRCA’s Chef @chris_salans, @jane_fischer_bali, Chef @cynthialouise1, @minsiah of, and many more leading voices in sustainability. BRCA Sustainable Booths Time : 09:00 - 20:30 Wita Explore the 18 BRCA Sustainability Partners' booths within the @indusrestaurant venue. Free refills of drinking water will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable containers to prevent disposable packaging use. Zero Waste Dinner Time : 18:30 - 20:30 Wita Wrap up the Sustainability Forum with a sustainability-focused, Zero Waste Collaborative Dinner at Indus Restaurant. Chefs Chris Salans, Wayan Kresnayasa, Cynthia Louise, and Mandif Warokka will team up to present an exemplary zero waste dining experience, reflecting BRCA’s commitment to sustainability and the culinary brilliance of these masters.
